If you start jogging on the treadmill, it will take at least 30 minutes to burn off muscle glycogen before fat is burned. Conversely, if you first engage in equipment training followed by aerobic exercise, most of the glycogen stored in your body will be burned off more quickly, significantly enhancing the efficiency of fat burning.

Do you recall feeling that after running on the treadmill for over 30 minutes, the strength training on the squat rack felt particularly challenging? Conversely, if you first engage in aerobic exercise before strength training, you may feel more relaxed. This is because you won't have sufficient energy to complete your strength training if you do aerobic exercise beforehand. Additionally, it's advisable not to attempt strength training when muscles are excessively fatigued, as coordination and muscle stability may be compromised. Engaging in strength training in such a state could increase the risk of injury.

Therefore, it is recommended to warm up by mobilizing joints and stretching ligaments. Then, use the equipment, keeping the duration generally within 40 minutes. For beginners, exercising one muscle group at a time is sufficient, and daily practice is not necessary. Focus primarily on the large muscle groups such as the chest, back, legs, and shoulders. Lastly, engage in aerobic jogging for at least 30 minutes. This approach allows for a better utilization of maximum strength, facilitates more standardized training movements, and aids in reducing fat while building muscle, all while minimizing the risk of injury.
